Baking cakes is one of the best hobbies that I have discovered in my life. I entered a baking school 3 years ago and I really enjoyed it. There were a lot of things which I learned from my mentors. One of them is that baking is an art. You should know that there is more to baking than having the best recipes that you can have.
A lovely cake decoration can always make your cakes look extra delicious. I found this to be true. Once, I baked a chocolate cake and served it without any decoration. My children said that it tasted like a regular cake. There was nothing amazing about it. When I baked the same cake but decorated it in the best way I could, their reaction was different: My family loved it. They said that it was the best cake that they ever tasted.
I learned from this experience. Since then, I have always tried to learn different decoration for my cakes. I never knew that there was more to baking than perfecting the best recipes ever made. I will never regret joining the baking class which I enrolled in. If you want to, you can try it out too.
