Family Vacation Surprise December 8, 2009
When my parents reached their silver anniversary my siblings and I decided to do something special for them, to throw them an all expense vacation for two to the Bahamas. When we gave them their special gift my Mom was absolutely delighted and my Dad of course he couldn’t believe that we took the time out of our busy lives to come up with such a treat.
All of us didn’t realize how special the trip was going to be until the next week when my parents all handed us tickets to the same vacation. They were so touched by our gesture that they decided to make it a family vacation. Of course no one passed up the opportunity to go to the Bahamas for free, so schedules were cleared leaves were taken and off we went jetting to the Island paradise. It truly was everything that one could dream of when you speak of the Bahama Islands; lush tropical trees greeted you and swayed with the windy breeze as came down the plane for the first time. The hospitality was superb and the hotel accommodations just five star. It is the best vacation any of us had ever been in.
